高级会计

- Review accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations for the accounts preparation process;

- Prepare financial management reports and account reconciliations and ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met;

- Prepare or review tax calculation and monitor tax filing process every month;

- Work closely with the project manager and act as one of the key accountants for all clients' accounting matters.

- 负责每月记账和集团财务报表；

- 审核会计凭证，确保账目编制过程中信息的准确和完整；

- 准备财务管理报告做好会计账目的核对，确保所有财务报告完成的截止日期满足客户的要求；

- 准备/审核税务计算情况，每月监控税务申报流程；

- 与项目经理紧密合作，作为主要会计人员负责所有客户的会计事务。

Requirements:

- Degree holder of an accounting-related discipline, Big Four experience preferred;

- Over 5 years of accounting experience, including GL, AP, AR, and Cashbook;

- Understanding the financial reporting system in-depth;

- Experience with ERP systems (Yongyou, Kingdee);

- Excellent command of verbal and written skills of English and Chinese;

- Having a China CPA or overseas accounting qualification will be an advantage.

- Highly detail-oriented and organized in work;

- Ability to meet assigned deadlines;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus;

- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives;

- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results;

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to sustain pressure;

- Self-motivated and disciplined with team spirit;

- 会计相关专业本科以上学历，四大背景优先考虑；

- 5年以上会计工作经验，包括总账、应收、应付、现金账经验；

- 对财务报告系统有深刻的理解；

- 有ERP系统经验（用友，金蝶）；

- 优秀的中英文口头和书面表达能力；

- 拥有中国注册会计师或境外会计资格优先；

- 工作中注重细节和条理；

- 有能力在截止日期前完成委派的工作；

- 掌握优秀的沟通和人际关系技巧，专注于客户服务；

- 经理在无需过多的监管下就能够独立开展工作并高效完成；

- 能够和不同级别的同事及外部代理高效共事，善于思考并解决问题；

- 能够在快节奏的环境中工作并能承受住压力；

- 自驱性和团队协作能力强。
