Job Purpose 岗位目的：
为了设备设施全生命周期的检维修计划管理、运行管理、改造以及外委管理工作；根据生产设备管理程序和基础设施管理程序的规定，组织和实施各项计划推进，确保公司设备设施正常安全运行。
To plan and manage the maintenance, repair, operation, transformation, and outsourcing of equipment and facilities throughout their entire lifecycle; to organize and implement various plans according to the production equipment management program and infrastructure management program regulations, in order to ensure the normal and safe operation of the company's equipment and facilities.
Job Responsibilities工作职责
1. 设备设施全流程管理
详细制定年度工厂设施设备维护保养计划，并监督落实，及时纠正和处理执行的问题，确保设备的正常运转。
Full process management of equipment and facilities
Develop the annual maintenance plan for factory facilities and equipment, supervise its implementation, commissioning , timely correct and handle the problems in execution, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
2．特种设备全流程管理
详细制定工厂特殊设备的年度保养计划，并监督落实。根据国家有关规定及时送检，确保设备的正常运转。
Full process management of special equipment
Elaborate on the annual maintenance plan for special equipment in the factory and supervise its implementation. Timely submit for inspection according to relevant national regulations to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
3. 仪电仪表全流程管理
详细制定年度工厂仪电仪表维护保养计划，并监督落实，及时纠正和处理执行的问题，确保设备的正常运转。
Full process management of instrument and electrical instruments
Elaborate on the annual maintenance plan for factory instruments and electrical meters, supervise its implementation, and promptly correct and handle problems encountered during implementation to ensure the normal operation of equipment.
4.监控及改善能源使用
在能源管理体系要求下，管控全厂的能源及使用情况。制定能源使用改善计划，监督落实，持续改善。
Monitor and improve energy use
Under the requirements of the energy management system, control the energy and usage of the entire plant. Develop energy usage improvement plans, supervise their implementation, and continue to improve.
5. 主导并负责公司的ISO50001能源管理体系
Taking the lead role for ISO50001 Energy Management System
6.支持新建项目技术方案
为每个新建项目提供技术支持，提供设备设施的相关技术方案。
Support for new project technical solutions
Provide technical support for each newly established project and provide relevant technical solutions for equipment and facilities.
7. 制定及更新程序文件
制定及更新设施设备相关程序文件，确保文件符合体系要求，及时归档及保管相关资料。
Develop and update procedure documents
Develop and update facility and equipment related procedure documents, ensure that the documents meet system requirements, and timely archive and store relevant information.
8. 审核委托给第三方的工作方案
审核公司第三方上报的设备设施更新改造维修保养、资金预算、零星维修计划和方案
8.Review third party work plan
Review the equipment and facilities renovation, maintenance, capital budget, and sporadic maintenance plans and schemes reported by the company's third party
Requirements要求
1.本科及以上学历，化工相关专业
Bachelor and above，Chemical engineering major
2.自动化和低压5年以上维修经验，5年以上相关设备设施和化工行业的管理经验
At least 5 years of experience in automation and low-voltage maintenance，at least 5 years of management experience in related equipment and chemical industry
3.了解建筑结构、机械原理、自动化控制、消防、强弱电、仪器仪表等方面；
了解ISO5001, 14001, 45001 和9001体系的认证审核要求
熟悉办公软件、相关设备管理软件和办公自动化设备
There is a comprehensive knowledge about building structure, mechanical principle, automation control, fire control, strong and weak electricity and so on.
Know the certification audit requirements of ISO50001,
14001.18000 and 9001 systems
Familiar with office software, related equipment management software and office automation equipment.
