ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Review instruction sheet and test product function.

B. Components sample (red sample)sign off /Finished product sample (red seal or golden sample) sign off

1. Check samples based on "Sign sample check list".

2. Inform the related marketing merchandiser for any quality issue found.

3. If the samples could be approved with conditions, specify all the quality problems and the valid date of running change on Sign Sample Card.

4. If the samples are unaccepted, inform related merchandiser to retrieve the sample and provide revised samples for approval by email asap.

5. Sign the signature on the sign card with QE stamp. For some samples which components are easy to be taken out and replaced, QE also needs to put his signature on components.

6. Take pictures and keep them in public folder.

7. Send signed samples to Vendor and QA sample room.

C. Provide technical support to factories, Marketing team and sourcing team on manufacturing processing and quality control.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A. Education: College

B. Preferred Major: Chemical, mechanical, material

C. Experience: 5 year QA engineer at factory, good knowledge on quality requirements & manufacturing processing for wood, plastic, metal, fabric, glass, stationery, etc. hard goods;

D. Personality: Strong enterprising spirit and team spirit, work conscientiously, strong sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance Strong enterprising spirit and team spirit, work conscientiously, strong sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance

E. Skills: Good command of English, proficient in office software, excellent communication skills.
