成本会计-新品导入 (Staff Acct I Cost / DS)

Responsibilities

· Responsible for NPI cost analysis and joining gate way review with product group

· Creating reports on financial performance and providing insightful analysis for internal and external use, provide financial support and other support if need.

· Maintain, implement, and adhere to internal controls while ensuring that accounting procedures comply with GAAP.

· Upon request, take part in projects and ad hoc reporting requests.

5. Accounting:

Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.

6. Financial Analysis:

Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.

7. Financial Reporting:

Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.

8. Effective Communications:

Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Other:

· Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis and costing experience

· Good understanding and learning ability of business

· Good command of English and able to use it as a working language

· Skilled experience in using and analyzing Digital tools is a plus

· Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in business is a plus
