Summary：
The Procurement in Integration & Energy is responsible for delivery solutions to Offshore market, serving the shipyards and ship owners in China, Korea region. Under direction of Regional Procurement Manager & working with Procurement Lead, Project Team of Kongsberg is responsible for delivery and procurement in project team.
Responsibility：
1.Follow up on Purchase Order in meeting project delivery milestone for regular monitoring with suppliers, logistics, Procurement Lead and/or delivery engineer(s)
2.Assist Project Manager on contractual matters to ensure compliance, risk management and change management
3.Interface with Project Planner for project delivery alignment
4.Interface for Logistics arrangement after FAT
5.The ability to influence for on time delivery
6.Follow up with suppliers for POs confirmation
7.Obtain progress milestone certification and/or proof of delivery from suppliers/contractor to proceed for payment
8.Other tasks as needed given by manager
Competence：
1.Min. Degree in Business Administration in Supply Chain
2.Relevant professional certification in Procurement related will be considered
3.Minimum 3 years in Project Supply Chain or related experience
4.EPC experience will be added advantage
5.Experience in contract negotiation & risk assessment skill will be added advantage
6.Willing to work under pressure
7.Strong interpersonal and communication skills
8.Strong ability to develop relationships with others
9.A self-starting attitude, ability to work independently on multiple projects
10.A detail-oriented approach that delivers consistently high-quality services to deadlines within a fast-paced environment
11.Must be able to work within tight timelines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency of assigned tasks
12.A high degree of computer literacy
13.The ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment
14.Willing to learn attitude
