质量技术员/Quality Technician

1. 负责原材料检验，记录和处置，减少由于原材料质量原因造成的生产及产品质量问题。

Inspection, recording and disposition of raw materials, reduction of raw material quality issue for production and product.

2. 协助质量工程师对异常原材料和RMA产品进行分析和处理，及时有效管理和维护隔离库台账和产品状态。

Support quality engineer to analysis and dispose the non-conforming material and RMA parts, maintain segregation ledgers and product status timely and efficiently.

3. 维护和管理仪器校验台账，确保工厂使用的仪器校验状态符合要求。

Maintain and manage the instrument calibration ledger to ensure the calibration status of the instruments used in the plant meets the requirements.

工作任务 Tasks:

1. 根据检验指导书，按AQL抽样标准对来料执行进货检验和测量，记录检验数据和放行。

Perform incoming material inspection and measurement according to inspection instructions and AQL sampling standards, record inspection data, and approve/release materials.

2. 在工程师的指导下编写，更新产品相关的检验计划，检验指导书及检查表（产品相关检查表）等。

Compilation and update of inspection instructions, check lists (product related check list), inspection plans under the supervision of Quality Engineers.

3. 对检验不合格物料进行标识、隔离并反馈SQE/采购进行处理。

Identify, isolate, and report non-conforming materials to SQE/Purchasing for further handling.

4. 按照SQE和CQE要求对物料或产品进行隔离，筛选和退返等处置。

Execute material or product containment, sorting, and return to supplier as required by SQE and CQE.

5. RMA退返件接受，协助分析，退返，返修和报废等操作，隔离库产品状态管理和台账维护。

Handling RMA returned pars and supporting to do failure analysis , returning, reworking and scarping the defects. Maintain the products status and ledger of isolation area.

6. 建立和维护仪器台账，监控和维护测量仪器的校验状态，确保检具和仪器符合内部仪校管理要求。

Establish and maintain equipment inventory, monitor and manage the calibration status of measuring instruments to ensure compliance with internal calibration management requirements.

7. 依据仪校计划，定期通知和收集待校仪器，联系第三方安排校验工作，维护校准状态标签，禁用超期或不合格设备。

Follow the calibration schedule, regularly notify and collect instruments due for calibration, arrange third-party calibration services, maintain calibration status labels, and deactivate expired or non-compliant equipment.

8. 主管安排的其他工作。

岗位要求 Requirements：

1. 高中以上学历，两年以上相关工作经验；

High school above, and 2 years related working experiences;

2. 熟悉机械制图/装配图，包含公差，尺寸以及符号的认知，了解抽样计划（如GB/T

2828.

1、AQL等）

Familiar with mechanical drawing, knowledge of tolerances, size and sample, basic knowledge of sampling plan(such as GBT/

2828.

3. 具备通用量具的认知和使用能力，对于仪器的校验管理有一定了解

Basic knowledge and ability to use genera gauges, and a certain understanding of instrument calibration management.

4. 良好的质量意识，责任心和自我能动性，有良好的沟通、协调能力和团队合作精神；

Strong quality awareness, high sense of responsibility and self-motivated, good communication and coordination skills.

5. 基础的办公软件操作能力和计算机能力。

Basic knowledge of office soft and computer skills.
