? Monthly & annual report and NCR report

? Inventory preservation and regular issue

? Packing and Tagging and issue during TA project

? Commissioning spare parts and for 2-years spare parts management and handover

Requirements:

? Receive materials ordered for projects in a timely manner, complete check and warehousing

? Organize open box and inspection by all parties. Issue OBI reports. Issue OSD reports if there is a problem.

? Report material arrivals in a timely manner. Issue materials in accordance with warehouse management procedures

?Recycling of surplus materials at the end of the project. Summarize all materials in the warehouse and hand over to the owner.

?Summarize materials used by contractors. Report any excess quantities to the owner.
