职位描述

- Support the purchasing of local machines/technologies: design, procurement, negotiation, quality controls, etc. (i.e. blanking lines, dies casting machines, tooling, laser technology)

支持本地机器/技术的采购:设计，采购，谈判，质量控制等(即冲裁线，压铸机，模具，激光技术)

- Support the non-organic growth of the company, especially in technical acquisitions, coordinating the whole process & supporting other Divisions.

支持公司的非有机增长，特别是在技术收购方面，协调整个流程并支持其他部门。

1. Survey and Homologation of local manufacturers 当地制造商的调查和同系化

2. Design supervision 设计监理

3. Project Management 项目管理

4. Quality Controls 质量控制

5. Technical meetings, coordination & follow suppliers. 技术会议，协调和跟踪供应商。

6. Feasibility analysis: 可行性分析:

- Evaluation and comparatives. 评价和比较。

- Technical meetings & follow up. 技术会议和跟进

- Others. 其他

7. Identification / origination of business opportunities 识别/创造商业机会

8. Market analysis (macro, trends, peers/targets analysis) 市场分析(宏观、趋势、同行/目标分析)

9. Perform valuations applying various valuation techniques, assumptions & sensitivities. 运用各种估值技术、假设和敏感性进行估值。

10. Actively assist in the management, negotiation & execution of Asia Division acquisitions for Group. 积极协助集团亚洲分部收购的管理、谈判和执行。

Requirements: 要求

1. Engineering background. 工科背景

2. Over 5 years working experience in Project management experience in automotive industry. 5年以上汽车行业项目管理经验

3. Proficiency in Chinese and English. Spanish speaker will be preferred.

熟练使用中文和英文。会西班牙语者优先

4. Excel, Power Point, Project, Solid Work, AutoCad & others. 熟练使用Excel, Power Point, Project, Solid Work, AutoCad等
