Main Purpose of the Job工作内容概要:
Set up of CNC milling machines and manufacturing of single or mass parts according drawing under consideration of the tolerances and part requirements.
根据图纸并结合公差和零件要求，设置数控铣床及单个或批量零件的加工。
Main Responsibilities:
o Set up of CNC machines
设置数控机床
o Independently work off of defined work processes (machine set up sheet)
能根据已有的的工作流程独立工作(机器设置模块)
o Modification of CNC programs
CNC程序的修改
o Manual programming of simple parts
简单零件的手工编程
o Monitoring of the cutting tools
刀具的管理
o Measure of the manufactured parts and if needed adjust the process
测量工件及需要时调整工艺
o Acknowledgement of production optimization to the CAM department/team leader
向CAM和班组长学习以不断进行生产优化
o Maintenance of the CNC machine
CNC机器的维护保养
o Ensure order and cleanliness in assigned area of responsibility
负责责任区域的整洁
o Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Education/Experience:
o Graduation of an technical metal education (apprentice ship program, technical high school)
技校金属类相关专业毕业（学徒计划，高等技术学校）
o Knowledge to operate CNC milling or lathe machine
CNC铣床或车床操作知识
o Basic knowledge to program CNC milling machines
基础CNC铣床编程知识
o Basic knowledge MS Office ( Word , Excel, Power point…)
基础办公软件知识（Word , Excel, Power point）
