Team Assembly & Empowerment | 团队组建与客户成功:
Lead a dynamic delivery team of 8-10 members, ensuring continuous training, support, empowerment, and ensure the success of clients.

Client Success & Team Management | 客户成功与团队管理:
Recruitment Delivery Team Leadership | 招聘交付团队领导:
Oversee talent acquisition, training, and team expansion to drive performance and growth.
监督人才招聘、培训和团队扩张,推动绩效和增长。
Develop and optimize standardized processes for efficient operations.
制定并优化标准化流程,实现高效运营。
Recruitment Service Enhancement | 业务服务提升:
Service Excellence and Client Signings | 服务卓越与客户签约:
Supervise talent sourcing and recruitment services, focusing on client signing rates in the responsible area.
督导人才寻访和招聘服务,专注提升负责片区客户的签约率。
Collaborate on brand expansion and marketing initiatives to boost overall brand promotion.
合作品牌拓展和营销计划,提升整体品牌推广效果。
Revenue Growth and KA Development | 收入增长和KA客户发展:
Drive revenue growth, product innovation, and key account (KA) development.
推动营业收入增长、产品创新,以及 KA 客户的开发。
Collaborate with KA resources to enhance TTJ's stickiness with ***-party accounts.
与 KA 资源合作,提升 TTJ 与甲方雇主的黏性。
Working Schedule | 在线时间:
Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM

Requirements
Requirements | 职位要求:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Business, Education, or Human Resource Management;
至少有学士学位,商务/教育/人力资源管理等专业优先;
2. A good command of English (IELTS
5.5 or higher, CET-6, or equivalent English proficiency rating is a plus);65
有良好的英语水平(雅思5.5分以上,英语六级或其他英语评级体系同等分数优先);
3. A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in team management, headhunting, sales, or business development, and a background in the international education industry is a plus;
要求5年以上工作经验,其中2年以上猎头/销售/bd团队管理经验,国际教育行业背景加分;
4. A great communicator and a quick learner;
善于交流,善于学习;
5. An ambitious goal-achiever and a multi-task handler;65

6. Excellent ability to handle pressure;
有良好的抗压能力;
7. Familiar with the Internet, as well as modern office systems, tools, and methodologies, such as OKR.

Benefits
Salary & Benefits| 薪资待遇:
Standard annual salary for ‘ Senior Specialist’ is ranging from ¥94,000 ~¥132,000 before tax, which business bonus and other benefits are not included.
“高级专员”的年度收入预计在税前¥94,000 ~¥132,000之间,其中业务奖金和其他福利不包含在内。
