职位描述
Key Role Accountability:
●Arrange business trips and meetings;
●Assist GM in leading meetings and frequent communication to key business stakeholders as well as working collaboratively across AirAsia, external agencies and partners.
●Being responsible for monitoring or tracking project execution;
●Implement document/paperwork and help to prepare reports to be submitted to related governments and AOCs
●Collect information on the activity of our competitors, industry news, and airport development strategy, operation & market data and so on for GM reference
●Carry out any other duties assigned by GM
Requirements:
●Bachelor degree or above, Majored in Business Administration, Marketing or Commerce
●1-2 years relevant working experience is preferred, fresh graduate also considered
●Be proficient in Oral and Written English
●Strong communication and interpersonal skills
●Be flexible and adaptable to work in different environments, schedules with multiple cultural background people
●Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google doc, sheet and slide
●Knowledge of project management is plus
●Able to travel when required
