项目工程师

1. 主导项目工作层面的会议，收集团队提出的需求、问题，并及时更新追踪清单，确保所有需求及问题能够及时解决。

Lead the project meeting of the working level, collect and track the demands and issues from team member with tracking list, to make sure all the demands and issues can be closed in time.

2. 根据项目的关键节点，协助跟踪管理项目各阶段的进度，成本，风险以及质量管控。

Assist to track and manage the process, cost, risk and quality control of all phases of the project based on its key milestone.

3. 协助跨部门收集产线相关数据，根据搬迁计划做相关数据分析，汇总，并提出对应的方案供团队讨论。

Assist to collect and analyse the line data by cooperation with cross function based on the line transfer plan, and to provide the related proposal for team discussion.

4.根据收集好的数据，和工厂相关部门现场确认实物，确保数据的准确性以及完整性。

Check the data on site with plant team to make sure the accuracy and completeness of the data.

5. 根据客户要求，PV测试信息，产线信息以及相关数据的分析，协助和各个工厂相关部门开展workshop，确保搬迁计划的可执行性。

Assist to conduct the workshop with plant team based on the customer’s requirement, PV test information, line data analysis to make sure the execution of the relocation plan.

6. 做好各个阶段的CAR申请，PR/PO，合同签核流程的管理。

Manage and record the CAR application, PR/PO and contract sign off process of all phases of the project.

7. 学习并能够运用Digital twin 来定义和优化工厂布局以及物流仿真

Learn and use the Digital twin to define and optimize the workshop layout and logistic simulation.

8. 主管安排的其他事项

Complete the task as supervisor required.

岗位要求：

1. 学士或以上学位

Bachelor’s degree or above

2. 2年以上项目管理或制造工程工作经验

2+ years of project management or Manufacturing Engineering working experience.

3. 能够英语和普通话沟通，以及跨部门合作能力

Good communication skills with English and mandarin, and cross function cooperation ability.

4. 能够熟练运用CAD， 微软办公软件以及3D 制图软件是加分项

Good knowledge in CAD, MS office and 3D drawing software is plus.

5. 熟悉汽车行业相关质量标准，IATF 16949, PPAP…

Be familiar with IATF 16949, PPAP, etc. of Auto industry quality standards.

6. 熟悉SMT设备以及工艺流程是加分项
