TeamandRoleIntroduction:

AsaDataAnalystinLazadaLogisticsFulfilmentRegionalTeam,you'llbepartofanextremelymotivatedandexperiencedgroupofpeople.Youwillhelpdriveoperationexcellenceandbeakeycontributorinbuildingthelargestandmostinnovativetech-drivenlogisticcompanyandecosysteminSouthEastAsia.ThisrolesitswithintheRegionalFulfilmentOperationsteam,andyouwillworkcloselywithmanyinternalcross-functionalstakeholdersacrossregionalandcountryteams.You’llhavetheopportunitytosteerprojectsonlargescaledata(structured/unstructured)acquisitionandapplicationtosupportstrategicbusinessinitiativesandexcellenceinourFulfilmentOperationsandServices.You'llhelpformulatetesthypothesisandrundatasimulations,todriveadata-centredapproachtoevaluatebusinessmodels,optimiseoperationsandunlockbusinessvaluewithdatainsights.

Responsibilities:

-Driveclarityandsolveambiguous,challengingbusinessproblemsusingdata-drivenapproaches.

-Proposeandowndataanalysis(includingmodelling,coding,analytics,andexperimentation)todrivebusinessinsightandfacilitatedecisions

-Digintocomplexdatasets,identifyrightdatasources,andmakesenseoutofthem

-Applyanalyticstoolsandgenerateinsights

-Turninsightsintoactionableexecutionplanandinfluencekeystakeholderstoimplementthesolutions

-Performdeepanalysesandbuildmodelstounderstandproductivityandcostdrivers,andextractkeyinsightsthatimpactproductdecisions

-Workacrossmultiplesubjectmatteroperationsexpertstodrivenewdatainitiatives,automationofreports,establishbestpractices

-Workwiththebroaderdatateamstodiscoverwaystoscaleourinsightsthroughbettersystemsandautomation

-Ifneedbe,actasaleadertodrivebigeffortswithregionalandcountryteams

任职要求

Requirements/Qualifications:

-UniversitygraduatewithrelevantbachelordegreeinStatistics,Economics,ComputerScienceoranotherquantitativefield

-ProficiencywithdatabasesandSQLexpertise

-Stronganalyticalskills

-Abilitytotranslateanalyticsinsightsintoactionablebusinessplan

-Strongcommunicationskills,forexample,demonstratedthroughdocumentationandpresentations.Abletopresentfindingstoseniormanagementtoinformbusinessdecisions.

-Aptitudetoindependentlylearnnewtechnologies

-Enthusiasmfore-commerce,globalsupplychain,logisticsanditsopportunities
