Principle Statistical Programmer（FSP-base天津）

1.BS degree in statistics, computer science, life science, mathematics or related field with 7+ years of relevant work experience.

2.Credits in elementary statistics courses are desired.

3.Expert knowledge of Base SAS and advanced knowledge of SAS modules/Macro language are required.

4.Familiar with the usage of different statistical methods.

5.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.

6.Advanced knowledge of GCP, ICH and Regulatory guidelines, CDISC SDTM/ADaM and/or clinical trial process.

7.People/Project/Client management skills and experience are required.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Leads and manages Biostatistics & Statistical Programming Manager(s) and their teams administratively and technically, ensure SOP compliance.

2.Provides technical leadership and manage project resources for all assigned clients’ projects.

3.Upon request, performs statistical and programming review of assigned project’s protocol and data management related documents, including but not limited to DMP, CRF, etc.

4.Oversights assigned clients’ project overall deliverable quality and timeline requirements.

5.Responsible for project tracker/invoice

6.Responsible for client related communication including overall project resource planning

7.Fulfils Biostatistics & Statistical Programming Manager’s tasks and responsibilities as described in respective company job description forms.

8.Drafts, revises and reviews company SOP.

9.Works independently, as while as being a team member working with other statistical analysts and statisticians.

10.Performs other duties as directed by management or senior personnel.
