Overview:
The Engineering System Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining both the internal and external audit functions in relation to engineering development in China. This position demands proficiency in writing technical documentation and assuring the compliance with standard quality processes.
Major Responsibilities:
61 Lead and collaborate with engineers to establish and deploy development processes, procedures, and relevant templates in accordance with IATF16949 requirements, existing company processes, and actual best practices.
61 Ensure the maintenance of standards and the quality system, aligning with additional customer requirements.
61 Ensure quality system activities conducted on time.
61 Ensure China Engineering development process successfully pass IATF certification within FY25.
61 Maintain IATF 16949 certification and no major noncompliance item during internal/external audit.
61 Continuously improve and optimize the efficiency and accuracy of the document control system.
61 Develop, execute and maintain an effective internal audit system.
61 Implement and maintain an effective corrective action system.
61 Ensure development process compliance with both national and international standards.
61 Attend and accredit the courses, group sessions and other activities that are part of the training.
61 Ensure compliance with all quality systems specified by the company for engineering function.
61 Comply with any other activity assigned by their supervisors, Managers or special requirement of the company.
