德国生产的挤出机的安装和维护;

- Conduct on-site service for Coperion components (extruder, screen pack changer, hydraulic system, feeding system), this comprises maintenance, installation, start-up, commissioning, trouble-shooting and training;

负责公司部件(挤出机、筛包更换器、液压系统、进料系统)的现场维修，包括维护、安装、启动、调试、故障排除和培训;

- Supervise and execute mechanical installation and commissioning of Coperion extruder systems;

监督和执行Coperion挤出机系统的机械安装和调试;

- Ensure that the installation quality is consistent with the project requirements;

确保安装质量与工程要求一致;

- Follow-up projects until completion and issue technical service reports as proper project-related documentation;

跟进项目直至完成，并发布技术服务报告作为适当的项目相关文件;

- Participate the Global Large Projects by Assistance to German site manager and co-ordination of daily performances with contractors;

-参与全球大型项目，协助德国现场经理并与承包商协调日常演出;

Requirements:

- Graduated from College or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering

机械工程专业大专以上学历

- Strong mechanical background on installation, maintenance and repair of rotating equipment

较强的机械安装，维护和维修旋转设备的背景

- Experience with gearbox repairing and on site project management is an advantage

有变速箱维修和现场项目管理经验者优先

- Ability to independently analyze problems on site. Customer solutions shall be proposed and carried out in close communication with the Service departments both in Nanjing and Germany

能够独立分析现场问题。客户解决方案的提出和实施应与南京和德国的服务部门密切沟通

- Strong communication skills, result-oriented and with team-spirit, initiative working attitude and high motivation.

Willingness to travel frequently up to 60% on yearly basis

每年愿意经常出差的比例达到60%

- Have good English language skills; both in speaking and writing are mandatory

- Having certain knowledge for extruder system and understanding of PI&D drawings

有一定的挤出机系统知识，了解PI&D图纸

- Can use the Office software (MS Word, Excel)

会使用Office办公软件(MS Word, Excel)
