涂料研发工程师 - 颜色/色彩开发

- Prioritize projects based on business need and internal resource.

- Responsible for the development and execution of robust technical plans, key milestones, technical risk assessments.

- Pigment toolbox maintenance, actively work with global color/pigment core team to expand toolbox for based on customer need and market trench.

- Develop color on time within technology specification, collaborate with support chemist/production/on line team to launch color successfully.

- Effectively collaborate with sales, product, operations, supply chain and sourcing to prioritize work and address future needs.

- Lead or take active role in problem solving of customer color issues using appropriate methodology.

Key Job Requirements:

- Bachelor/master degree in polymer chemistry, chemical engineering or material science.

- Minimum with 5+ years’ color experience in coating industry, experience in OEM or APC color experience is preferred.

- 3+ years' experience managing technical projects.

- Pigment/dispersion related knowledge is required

- Strong project management and problem-solving skill.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration capability.

-Good verbal and written of English language preferred.

-Business acumen and knowledge of basic economics and budgeting.

- Effective written and oral communication skills and organizational management skills.

- Skilled at interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills.

- Ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the organization's management team that provides leadership and direction.
