Team Leader for Flow Chemistry Technology(J22009)

1. Lead a flow chemistry process R&D team to conduct feasibility evaluation, process optimization, and manufacturing process transfer.

2. Support the department head in defining and implementing flow chemistry process R&D strategies aligned with the business need of API synthesis and manufacturing.

3. As a technical expert in flow chemistry, lead and coach the team to resolve complex process R&D challenges.

4. Drive continuous improvements in flow chemistry process efficiency and quality, while expanding its application scope within API operations through new capability development.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of flow chemistry technology for manufacturing in plants.

6. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all R&D processes and daily operations.

7. Establish team performance metrics and monitor project progress to meet R&D milestones.

8. Deliver high satisfaction levels for both internal and external customers through team outputs.

任职资格:

1. Master’s degree or higher in Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

2. 8+ years of experience in flow chemistry process R&D with a demonstrated success record.

3. Strong leadership capabilities, team management expertise, and cross-functional communication skills.

4. Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
