POSITION TITLE: Visual Merchandising Manager

LOCATION OF POSITION: Shanghai

REPORTING TO: Senior Manager, Store Environment

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Lead and drive visual presentations in high-standard quality for shop interiros and windows that are in line with brand image, and support strategic direction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Include but not limited to

61 Lead China VM team to work with AP VM team closely for campaigns in-store display creative design projects.

61 Lead and drive campaigns VM execution in good quality both for owned and dealer’s stores.

61 Lead and develop VM Guidelines for direct sales shops and franchisee shops.

61 Manage implementation of new/renovated/relocated/closed shops on a day to day basis with in-country suppliers and local marketing.

61 Identify duplication of visual merchandising efforts in each market and make recommendations for centralization and cost savings.

61 Deliver effective promotional merchandising for monthly promotions such as stands, wobblers, POS developed in cooperation with marketing activation team and sales teams.

61 Lead to support twice a year sales meetings on-site VM display.

61 Organize regular VM training and workshop to the sales force to build VM value.

61 Manage significant VM budgets well.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Include but not limited to

83 Skills: Skilled in 3D / AI / Freehand

83 Experience: Over 10 years of relevant experience, and at least 5 years in supervisory position;

83 Language Proficiency: Good read and written English

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

61 Bachelor degree or above;

61 Design background is preferred (interior/graphic);
