- Operating the WMS System for goods in/out

系统出入库操作

- Stocktaking, verify the discrepancy and issue stocktaking report on monthly basis

每月库存的盘点，核对差异，出具盘点报告

- Optimize the system bin location and the operation process

优化系统储位及操作流程

- Monitoring and carry out 5S management

保障库房整洁，5S管理

- Sorting the original inbound & outbound documents by rules and managing the all documents concerned

出入库单据管理，确保出入库原始单据齐全并按照规定分类存放

- Maintaining main data of system, like customers information and the data of all kinds of materials

系统主数据维护，包括客户信息、物料主数据等

- Keep good communication and relationship with customers and service providers

与客户、供应商保持良好的沟通，维护良好关系

- Check stock with customers and make sure the customer’s data is same as WMS data

定期与客户核对库存，确保客户数据与WMS系统数据相同

- Coordinate with the operators with the operation and make sure the service level can reach the KPI requirements.

协调现场仓库人员的操作进度，确保各项服务水平达到KPI要求

- Timely submitting receipts of goods and D/Os to customer according to the requirement, make sure timely submitting daily operating report and monthly billing statement.

按照客户要求及时向客户提交相关报表，确保提交每日操作记录和每月帐单.

EDUCATION & FURTHER DEVELOPMENT / TRAINING

- College degree or above , major in Logistics management will be preferred

大专及以上学历，服装相关专业为佳

TECHNICAL- & METHODS COMPETENCIES

- Minimum 2 years working experience in logistics or warehousing function in an international company

至少2年以上外资物流或服装行业操作或客服经验

- Familiar with the warehouse operation process

熟悉服装仓储业务各项流程

- Able to read, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Chinese

流利的中英文读写与交流能力

- Good PC skill, able to use WMS system

良好的电脑操作能力，熟练使用WMS系统
