项目经理

· Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

负责具体项目的总体方向、协调、实施、执行、控制和完成，确保与公司战略、承诺和目标一致。

Job Requirements（Education / Qualifications and experience levels）

职位要求（教育/任职资格/经验水平）

· Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical, vehicle, electromechanical, material.

本科机械、车辆、机电、材料等理工类专业本科及以上学历；

· More than 6 years of project management experience, including complete development experience in 3 or more projects.

6年以上项目管理经验，其中包括3个以上项目的完整开发经验。

· Familiar with the operation process and project management process of OEMS.

熟悉主机厂的流程运作机制及项目管理流程。

· Familiar with production process, such as injection molding, welding, and EOL testing, are preferred.

熟悉注塑，焊接，EOL检测等生产工艺者优先考虑。

· Proficient in APQP process and familiar with quality tools such as PPAP/MSA/SPC/FMEA

熟练掌握APQP流程，熟悉PPAP/MSA/SPC/FEMA等质量工具

· Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system.

熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系；

· Excellent communication skills, cost awareness, good problem-solving skills, teamwork spirit, and stress resistance..

出色的沟通能力，具有成本意识，良好的问题解决能力、团队协作精神和抗压能力。

· Fluent English.
