Job Description:
1. Responsible for overseeing and managing the Technical Audit team and all its processes.
2. Plan, coordinate and execute the technical audits while ensuring they are conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures.
3. Lead and train the Technical Audit team, review and evaluate audit work. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
4. Communicate with client before and after the technical audit for additional audit approach and or additional audit checking request and or factory corrective action review follow up and or follow up audit approach.
5. Communicate on audit activity and achievement to management on regular basis.
6. Maintain and update all audit checklist, scoring guideline, related audit materials, audit training material and provide training to local and overseas auditors.
7. Lead and conduct audit result measurement and analysis and prepare monthly or seasonal audit performance report.
8. Identify and assess potential risks then provide recommendations for improving company’s processes and controls.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effectiveness of Operations and resolution of audit issues.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into audit processes and procedures.
11. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and professional guidelines, and maintain confidentiality of audit information.
You are required to be:
1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering
2. 5 years of working experience in similar position with managerial / supervisory role within the quality industry – consumers’ goods preferred
3. Familiar with either of the following manufacturing sector: furniture, plastic product, metal, toys, children’s products or electronic products
4. With extensive audit experience and solid knowledge of international standards (ISO) and particularly on Quality Management Systems (ISO-9001) and Auditing Management Systems (ISO-19011)
5. Strong leadership and with problem-solving skills
6. Strong statistics of measurement and analysis skills.
7. Ability to manage and lead a team of auditors and back office staff
8. Communication skills to accurately convey information and to engage with all parties
9. Fluent in both reading and speaking English
