GENERAL SUMMARY

TO ENSURE SPARES AVAILABILITY TO SATISFY CUSTOMER DEMAND WHILST MANAGING INVENTORY IN ACCORDANCE WITH STRATEGY
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
61 To translate agreed forecast & system generated demand into purchase orders, and ensure the process in compliance with the order fulfillment process guidelines.
61 Track order status with vendors and ensure the on time delivery on target, and communicate delays to all relevant parties.
61 Contact with suppliers to solve the claim of shortage delivery, part broken, wrong delivery etc. from WH.
61 Work with sourcing team to maintain the accurate pricing information in ERP system.
61 Handling incoming enquires as appropriate in a timely and responsive manner.
61 Have cost consciousness to control logistics cost and inventory level.
61 Act as backup to other team member on order handling.
61 Have the general knowledge of the related function process to ensure the smooth functionality.
61 Maintain a good working relationship with relevant business partners and functional groups through excellent communication skills.
61 Have the appropriate level of computer skills to be able to handle daily operations and other activities as assigned.
SKILLS
61 Strong learning capability with general knowledge of ERP systems.
61 Logical thinking with active problem-solving experience.
61 Good Communication Skills – logical and organized (in both Chinese & English)
61 Good at Microsoft applications: PowerPoint, Excel and Word, etc.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or with 2+ years experience in a similor role.
