2. Prepare customized proposal based on template: Understand Request for Proposal (RFP) and Questionnaire for client, integrate project information and complete the proposal under guidance of technical experts and BD.

3. Function as liaison between BD and internal technical team and provide right-on-target connection between client’s needs and internal expertise.

4. Follow the procedure and workflow, control the internal review and approval process to ensure timely proposal submission.

5. Prepare Request for Information (RFI) with inputs from related functions, introduce capacity and experience with potential clients

6. Maintain standard procedure of proposal generation for continuous process optimization. Possess information technology knowledge, able to provide a basis for the project plan process and quotation process optimization by combing the existing quotation statistics. Support the guidance of signing rate improvement and the existing business planning.

7. Maintain proposal templates, collect feedback and comments from technical experts and business teams, update proposal template including scope checklist and tracking sheet, and build proposal center of excellence.

8. Support/lead the development of new capabilities and new businesses: summarize information such as customer requirements, support the construction of new capabilities of technical teams, develop new proposal templates and assist in the expansion of new business.

9. Able to provide business focus through the analysis of customer and project contract data utilizing timely updated database, and attract more customers and projects as well as provide business forecast to enable functional resource planning.

Qualification:

1.Degree in life science/bio-chemical, Master degree preferred ,0-5 years of bio-pharmaceutical related experience ;

2. Good people skill and communication skill to ensure high work quality within tight timeline.;

3.Good English skills. Detail oriented, logic thinking, multi-tasking, and good sense of balancing technical and business need.
