Assistant Merchandiser

? Monitor order tracking activities to meet market requirements in terms of quality, quantity, specification, delivery etc.

? Ensure the merchandise being imported complies with the company’s requirements and the regulatory norms

? Maintain strong business relationships with vendors

? Update the information and maintain a high data integrity and accuracy in system

? Handle emails with overseas vendors and headquarters independently

? Support different teams for production process during peak season

? Conduct different operation report and support in the operation process

? Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested by the supervisor

Job Requirement

? Diploma or above qualification

? Fresh graduate is also welcome

? Good communications and interpersonal skills

? Proficient in MS Office application (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)

? Good command of English and Mandarin
