Merchandiser

SOURCING / SUPPLIER

61 Provide partial support in a sourcing role, including tasks such as searching for new products and suppliers, conducting quality and price comparisons, comparing samples, negotiating prices, and evaluating factories.

61 Analyse and benchmark all responses from various suppliers to select the best offers.

61 Collaborate with the Sourcing Manager to propose, modify, and validate a purchase transfer schedule that aligns with the buyer's needs, including factory visits and showroom visits.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

61 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt and accurate handling of orders and deliveries.

61 Ensure timely processing of import orders issued by buyers in accordance with the scheduled commercial operations.

61 Ensure product compliance with the bill of specifications and regulatory requirements.

61 Ensure that imported merchandise meets the company's requirements and regulatory standards.

61 Provide regular merchandising and clerical support.

61 Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

61 With High Diploma or above qualification

61 Relevant merchandising and sourcing experience in hardline products

61 Willing to do attitude, self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team

61 Strong organization skills required

61 Willing to travel

61 Good communications and interpersonal skills

61 Proficient in MS Office application (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)

61 Good command of English and Mandarin
