1. Project Management

61 Support project leader to implement project activities and tasks for large scale data management projects/cross functional topics.

61 Monitor initiative documentation quality and guide initiative teams to ensure project documents are timely achieved.

61 Organize and steer various meetings, workshop, trainings or activities.

2. Digitalization project Management

61 Support project leader in big data mining, data analysis, image capture/identify, visual identity training and related data management topics.

3. Communication Management

61 Steer initiative coordination for initiative related topics with each initiative packages.

61 Stay as communication hub towards process partners in regards of steering relevant topics, align initiative status, exchange necessary input/output.

4. Report Management

61 Prepare presentations independently for relevant reporting circle, workshops.

61 Take responsible for reporting and drive business report automation. Define template, accordingly, lead to synergy various information from related stakeholders and make analysis to ensure the report in good quality.

Qualifications:

1. Understanding and working experience in automotive industry;

2. Knowledge in project management;

3. Basic knowledge in visual identity, big data mining, data analysis, or data management;
