2、根据包装计划，编制生产计划。

According to packing plan, make metal production plan and put into ERP

3、产能及设备能力计算，新员工及加班申请。

Manpower and machine capacity planning, new employee and OT application

4、生产线员工的工作安排及绩效考核

Work arrangement and performance assessment for the metal processing operator

5、每天生产工单的开单，报工

Daily production order releasing and reporting

6、协助研发部门，导入新产品

Work together with R&D department , introduce new product

7、作业指导书的 编制

Preparation of work instruction

8、上级交办的其他事项

Other tasks assigned by superior
