数字营销专员（广告效果）

策划：制定数字营销活动策略、计划与创意，包括但不限于付费媒体、社交媒体互动营销等

项目管理：

管理小红书上的效果广告与用户互动营销。

策划管理并执行小红书与微信直播得推广。

结果导向：对每次项目数据进行跟踪和研究，分析运营效果，并做出优化。全权负责效果营销的ROI与GMV，完成部门和个人的业绩指标。

市场分析：关注数字领域和市场中竞争对手的变化，识别业务增长和技术解决方案的机会。

跨职能协作：按需支持KOL合作管理、社交媒体内容营销与社区管理等。

熟练使用PPT、Excel等工具创建和维护数据库和数字营销绩效表，跟踪、记录并报告竞争格局的变化。

任职要求：

1. 统招本科及以上学历

2.具备三年以上小红书、微信数字效果广告与营销经验

3.深入了解各社交平台玩法，熟知其受众特点和营销方法，对平台玩法动向与热点有较高的敏锐度

4.具备高度的数据敏感性、数据处理能力以及ROI02管理能力

5.拥有较强的独立思考能力、逻辑思维、执行力、出色沟通能力。能够与团队密切配合，共同实现销售目标。

6.结果导向，抗压力强，有较强的抗压能力和自我学习能力，胜任快节奏的工作，具备开拓精神

7.对时尚行业有深刻理解，对市场趋势有敏锐洞察力。有时尚奢侈品类产品运营经验优先；英文可作为工作语言者优先

Planning:02Conduct strategic and creative digital campaign plans in line with the business goal, including but not limited to paid media, social content marketing, consumer engagement etc.

Project management:

Lead and manage digital paid media and digital campaigns on RED.

Plan, manage and execute the promotion of live streaming on RED & Wechat.

Result oriented:02Track and analysis all paid activities and provide optimization plan. Own ROI & GMV so as to achieve dept and person KPI.

Market Analysis:02Keep up to date on changing digital landscape02and competitors in the market to identify opportunities to grow the business and technology solutions.

Cross-function collaboration:

Step in for KOL collaborations if required

Step in for social content marketing if required

Presentaiton & reporting:02Skilled use of PPT, Excel and other tools to create and maintain databases and digital marketing performance tables, tracking, recording and reporting changes in competitive landscape

QUALIFICATIONS

Expertise in digital marketing

A digital expert in digital paid media on Wechat / RED

Rich experience in digital & social media campaigns

Drive excellence in ROI management through strategic planning, and data summary & analyzing

Experience: 3-5 years in digital and social marketing, preferably in fashion & luxury industry or high-end consumer goods industry

Productivity: Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with high levels of autonomy.
