We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PCBA Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in PCBA testing methodologies, equipment, and technologies. They will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of our PCBA assemblies through comprehensive testing strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement PCBA testing strategies and methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of electronic assemblies, including functional testing, in-circuit testing (ICT), and boundary scan testing.

2. Design and optimize PCBA test fixtures, test programs, and automated test systems to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria for PCBA assemblies based on customer requirements and industry standards.

4. Lead the development and validation of test procedures, protocols, and documentation to support PCBA testing activities, including test plans, reports, and work instructions.

5. Provide technical expertise and support for PCBA testing equipment, including ICT testers, flying probe testers, automated test equipment (ATE), and test software platforms.

6. Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot PCBA testing issues to identify and resolve defects, improve test coverage, and enhance yield.

7. Implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques and data analysis tools to monitor and optimize PCBA testing performance, including yield, defect rates, and test cycle times.

8. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in PCBA testing, and recommend and implement relevant technologies to improve testing capabilities.

9. Train and mentor test engineers, technicians, and operators on PCBA testing techniques, equipment operation, and best practices.
