1、Technical management of mechanical team for series development of components for access hardware industry

负责五金锁具系列产品的开发和设计创新

2、Milestone tracking and risk management to monitor development progress in terms of deadline, function, cost, quality standards, as mechanical interface to sales team, purchasing team, operation team and quality team

产品开发过程中各时间节点的追踪，协调和组织如采购，生产，销售部门沟通，设计BOM成本核算，产品结构的设计评审，组织试产评审。

3、Solve technical problems and conflict situations of products

日常产品的设计结构改进和优化

4、Management of product from the stage of design concept, development, fabrication, validation and production release

行业相关产品的设计开发，负责从产品概念设计，产品结构细化，生产工艺实现及验证，到最终产品批量生产下发。

5、team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands

需要协调和引导小团队合作，适应快节奏的需求，能协调处理好多任务的优先竞争计划任务。

6、Cooperating with the global team members for necessary technical support

提供技术支持服务产品的全球推广。

7、Guide junior engineer to grow up

指导初级工程师成长。

8、Other daily assignments.

其他日常工作。

经验要求：

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related,Good at English communication

本科及以上学历，机械类专业，良好的英语沟通能力

2、More than 6 Years working experience in the field of mechanical design, the better has access hardware products development experience.

6年以上工作经验，3年以上五金产品开发经验

3、Preferable working experience as mechanical project leader

有项目工程师经验者优先

4、Familiar with Zinc die-casting part and sheet metal part design

熟悉锌压铸件和钣金件开发设计

5、Familiar with design software Creo, Auto CAD

熟悉设计软件 Creo、Auto CAD

6、Sound knowledge on computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Office, email communication, etc. (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

熟悉日常办公软件使用

7、The access hardware industry work experience will be better

有五金行业工作经验者优先
