职位描述
1.Be responsible for organizing the company's financial accounting, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the company's financial accounting, and controlling financial operational risks, including but not limited to the following contents:
budgeting and forecasting;
business development analysis;
review and approval of daily purchase and payment
reconciliation with intercompany
2.Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
3.Prepare financial statements (monthly and quarterly), budgets and various statistical reports following both statutory and group instruction
4.Work with Greater China finance team to manage cash flow and bank accounts to ensure efficient use of funds
5.Monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
6.Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
7.Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
8.Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities, assist with audits and play a crucial role in budget planning
Liaise with external and internal auditors and tax representatives for audit and tax matters.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and there will be expectations to perform different tasks upon business necessity.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above is preferred, finance, finance and other related professional preferred.
2. Excellent oral and written skills in both Chinese and English.
3. Familiar with and skilled operation of UF system or Kingdee system is preferred.
4. More than 3 years of experience as a financial manager, relevant working experience in foreign company.
