QE工程师

1、Lead the process audit, product audit and document audit to ensure the process meet the quality requirements；

主导工艺审核、产品审核、文件审核，确保工艺符合质量要求；

2、Lead the handlings of quality problems , include new product, manufacturing process and complaint issues from customer；

主导质量问题的处理，包括新产品、生产工艺和客户投诉问题;

3、Responsible for new product improvements, join into the review and verification of process to form quality goals, product criteria and control plan；

负责新产品的改进，参与过程的评审和验证，形成质量目标、产品标准和控制计划；

4、Responsible for the improvement of FPY and reduce the defect rate to meet KPI target；

负责FPY的改善，降低不良率，达到KPI目标；

5、Lead internal audit before customer audit and follow up customer audit issues till closed；

主导客户审核前的内部审核，跟进客户审核问题直至结束；

6、Identify quality improvement opportunities and lead improvements, such 6 Sigma, Lean etc；

识别质量改进机会并领导改进，如6西格玛，精益等；

7、Compliance with working arrangement, complete other task from superiors.

服从工作安排，完成上级交办的其他任务。

Qualifications:

1、College degree or above, engineering background, electronics related majors preferred;

本科以上学历，工程、电子相关专业优先；

2、Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

良好的英语听说读写能力;

3、Strong logical thinking and learning ability

逻辑思维、学习能力强。
