Assistant CRM Manager of Chloe

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Assistant CRM Manager, you will be responsible for Chloe brand, reporting to our CRM Director.

Your main focus :

61 Deep understanding & rich experience in beauty industry& CRM, closely follow the industry trend.

61 Outstanding data insight capability and business sense, able to deliver brand level CRM strategy & plan;

61 Familiar with CRM methodologies & mechanisms;

61 Begin with business need & pain points, independently deliver CRM solution to empower brand business value;

61 Excellent program management skill, be able to push program move forward smoothly as well as tracking & review to close the circle;

61 Strong ability of cross function communication & co-work, good at resource consolidation.

61 3 years+ experience in CRM, experience in beauty& luxury & FMCG industrial is preferred, agency background also welcomed.

61 Familiar with CRM mechanism & methodology;

61 Strong data & strategy ability；

61 Project management;

61 Strong communication skills
