主管暖通与空调系统工程师

Job Title: Lead HAVC Engineer 职位：主管暖通与空调系统工程师Location：Based in Shanghai, traveling/relocation to project site according project needs. 工作地点：公司注册上海，需要根据项目需要出差或驻项目现场。Description职位描述：Responsible for overall HVAC system calculation and design according to project and client specifications and national codes, including but not limited to air-conditioning system, de-smoke and process exhaust systems. 据项目需求、业主技术规范和国家相关规范要求负责项目各阶段的HVAC系统设计计算和图纸设计工作，包括但不限空调系统、防排烟系统和工艺排气系统等。 Leading and coordinating discipline interface. 主导和协调项目专业间界面提交及工作界面划分等。 System shop drawing review & approval, technical submittal review & approval. 项目技术图纸审核和批准、技术参数和样本审核和批准等工作。 Project site construction schedule, quality and safety coordination. 协调项目施工、调试、进度、质量和安全工作。 Requirements岗位要求：Bachelor degree or above in Heating Ventilation & Air conditioning engineering or relevant 供热通风与空调工程或相关专业本科或以上学历Over 10 years working experiences in local design institute or engineering company.在设计院或工程公司有超过10年工作经验。 Semiconductor and/or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred. 有半导体/制药行业相关项目经验者优先。 English working capability is preferred. 英文工作能力者优先。Familiar with CAD application. 能熟练操作运用CAD等绘图软件。
