CQE客户质量工程师

1， Act as primary quality interface with customer on new program, responsible for advanced quality activities for all parts;

负责顾客新品开发质量相关工作的开展，并作为新品开发阶段的首要质量对接窗口；

2， Familiar with auto parts 5 core tools, including APQP, MAS, SPC, PPAP and PFMEA; be good at GD&T, 8D, DOE etc.

熟悉汽车件开发5大核心工具的使用，包括：APQP， 测量系统分析，SPC,PPAP，潜在失效模式和后果分析，同时也需要擅长产品的形状位置和公差、8D问题解决及设计验证等相关知识；

3， Prepare and submit PPAP following customer special requirement;

按照顾客要求准备和提交PPAP文件包；

4， Manager and interface with functional team from other departments for relative PPAP activities;

就新品PPAP相关工作，和其他部门项目小组成员一起通力合作；

5， Implement change for both Engineering and process at the APQP develop stage;

有效执行并处理在新品开发阶段发生的工程变更和过程变更时的相关工作；

6， Strong sense of responsibility and communication skill;

强烈的责任感和有效的沟通技能；

7， Willing to travel and could be work under pressure

愿意出差且能在压力下高效工作

8. Good computer skills, MS office, PPT, etc.

具备相应的计算机操作技能，办公软件及PPT等

CQE 客服质量工程师

1. Handling and coordinating customers’ complaint, analysis customers returned products (0-km and warranty)

协调并处理顾客客诉，分析零公里和售后退回件；

2. Initiating short-term actions within plant to securing customer to avoid any line stopping;

发起工厂内外短期遏制措施，确保顾客端无停线风险；

3. Coordinating and validating the corrective and preventive actions to ensure it is implemented effectively;

协调和验证相关纠正和预防措施，确保纠正措施有效执行；

4. Communicating with customer for problem solving, reporting and documentation with 8D report.

对客户反馈的质量问题，与顾客进行沟通和协商解决，包括采用8D方式进行问题汇报；

5. Temporary tasks which delegated by direct supervisor.

主管交代的其他工作任务的完成。

6. Familiar with DOE, FMEA, SPC, 5why, fish bone, FTA etc., analysis process and root cause’s tool applies;

要求熟悉产品设计验证、潜在失效模式和后果分析，过程能力，5个为什么，故障树分析等相关统计工具及根本原因分析相关的工具。

7. Strong sense of responsibility and communication skill;

强烈的责任感和有效的沟通技能；

8. Willing to travel and could be work under pressure

愿意出差且能在压力下高效工作

9. Good computer skills, MS office, PPT, etc.
