工作内容:
Ensure ship spares are delivered to vessels within the deadline provided. The job requires building up good relationships with customers.
1. Communicate with agents & customer / agent in handling enquires and quotations
2. Providing most suitable solutions for sending urgent ship spares on board vessels globally
3. Liaising with overseas teams and partners to make sure smooth shipment deliveries
4. Placing bookings for different modes of transport based on clients' decisions
5. Arranging insurance on behalf of customers, and handling claims if loss or damages arise
6. Meeting customers regularly to build up relationships
7. Issuing invoices and analyzing profit statistics
职位要求:
1. 海事、英语, 物流相关专业大专 or 本科学历
2. 会说粤语
3. 大学英语 6 级 or 以上,听说读写流利
4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识;
5. 积极的工作态度,细心,善于沟通协调
6. 熟练掌握常用办公软件,如Word、Excel和PowerPoint等
7. 滙報香港公司。
