85 Oversee the engineering and maintenance team to be responsible for the maintenance and repairing of all the equipment in the plant.
85 Based on the feature of MTO business (Manufacture to order) and analysis of machine down time to work out and implement preventive maintenance plan and spare part strategy to ensure plant running without major disruption
85 Be responsible for setting the target set for maintenance and repairing cost to ensure fulfillment of the target through initiatives.
85 Drive engineering change to help improve efficiency and optimize the cost in a sustainable manner.
85 Champion the best practice network by fully utilizing company resources in the company to achieve continuous improvement
85 Deliver the effectiveness of project by using the tools such as pre project assessment and post project assessment to safeguard company's benefit to a great extent.
85 Adopt the right approach to well-managed machines to minimize impact brought by the changes to the operation.
85 Ensures that all production equipments liaise closely with relevant EHS professionals to ensure compliance with all regulatory and local&group EHS requirements.
85 According to changes in the production process of the transformation of good equipment.
85 Project management, energy, rational allocation and efficient use.
85 Work with global engineering team to adopt best practice into Taicang plant.
