工作职责:
01 Define patent planning according to product development strategy by working closely with R&D, marketing and sales
01 Monitor patent activities of competitors and output analysis report to support internal development
01 Monitor team patent creation and lead patent review according to planning
01 Responsible for patent maintenance including patent application, assessment and communication with patent agency
01 Organize regular training about patent drafting, patent database and so on
01 Support infringement analysis and lawsuit with patent agency
01 Responsible for the workflow of patent management
01 Collect new requirements about Hi-tech company or other government policy
01 Lead RD project activities regarding Hi-tech company application
Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time

任职资格:
01 Bachelor or above degree with Mechanical, automotive or engineering related background
01 Minimum 3 years R&D working experience in automotive industry
01 Fluent in English and proficient in cross-cultural communication skills
01 Able to manage multiple priorities
01 Demonstrate strategic thinking approach and service attitude
01 Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
01 Strong negotiation skills, able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
01 Excellent analytical, mathematical and creative problem-solving skills
01本科或以上学历，机械、汽车或工程相关背景
01至少3年汽车行业研发工作经验
01英语流利，精通跨文化沟通技巧
能够管理多个优先级
01展示战略思维方法和服务态度
在没有正式授权的情况下，有能力影响跨职能团队
