1. Coordinate and expand the project in the automobile industry;

在汽车行业协调及拓展工程项目；

2. Develop cost optimization to achieve the purpose of saving project cost under the considering the customer's requirement;

在考虑客户要求的前提下，制定成本优化方案，达到节约项目成本的目的；

3. To ensure the project progress timely , with good quality and suitable cost;

确保按时、保质、成本合适的项目进展，包括变更管理；

4. As the major project contact in charge of the customers and suppliers;

作为客户及供应商的主要项目负责人、联系人；

5. Maintain customer relationship and customer satisfaction;

维护客户关系及客户满意度；

6. Support and help sales process;

支持、帮助销售流程；

7. Report status to ensure healthy of project;

汇报项目状态以确保项目健康运行；

8. Respect of the profit of the project including project progress and costing review;

对项目的利润（包括项目进度和成本）进行评估；

9. Realization of check and releases according to APQP requirements.

按APQP流程要求管控整个项目。

Qualifications:

任职资格：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or automotive related or mechanical class graduated from the vocational technical college and career in related training;

本科或以上学历，机械或汽车相关专业或者毕业于机械类职业技术院校并且从事过相关的职业培 训；

2. Project management experience with BIW welding or marriage line;

具备白车身焊装或合装产线项目管理经验；

3. Good execution, as a representative of skills, and strong ability of organization;

具有很好的执行力、作为代表的能力以及强组织能力；

4. With a systematic, analytical and structured way of working;

具备系统性、分析性、结构性的工作方式；

5. High level communication skill in both written and oral English;

具有流利的英语书面以及口语的沟通能力；

6. Strong sense of team cooperation.

具有团队意识。
