职位描述
Responsibility:
*Provide value added support in business matters (e.g. communication, document flow and coordination) to VP of Great China to perform his duties in most effective and productive manner;
*Maintain communication with other departments (such as Retail, Marketing, Finance , HR, etc.), dealers and VIP customers, external agencies, on management issues;
*Coordinate and manage monthly management meetings, align with business units, and follow up on agreed upon activities;
*Support VP in business trips and negotiations, with before and after information clarification and translation;
Requirements:
*University degree or above;
*Fluent English in writing and speaking,Cantonese is a plus;
*Work experience in multinational companies, solid experience on coordination and administration;
*prefer high-end hotel and luxury company background.
Specific Knowledge
*Effective communication and the willing to succeed in a team environment;
*Excellent customer-service awareness,self-motivated,extremely well-organized;
*Outspoken, friendly, outgoing, extroverted and responsible;
*Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Powerpoint applications;
*Strong ability to work with minimal supervision;
*Ability to take the initiative and maintain an excellent follow-up and reminder system.
