？ BS commercial or engineering related degree is required. 商务或工程学士及以上学位

？ 8 years minimum project management experience in automotive parts required.至少8年汽车零部件项目管理的工作经验

？ Multiple function working experience required不同职能部门工作经验

？ Good oral and written English and Chinese language skills. 良好的中英文读说写能力

Technical Competencies:

？ Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, project team, customers.

具备能力撰写报告，程序文件。能够有效的汇报情况以及响应来自项目团队，经理，客户的问题。

？ Ability to effectively represent information and respond to questions in a meeting

在会议中能够有效的呈现信息以及回答问题

？ Familiar with TS16949, ISO14000 System and APQP process.

熟悉TS16949及ISO14000体系和APQP流程

？ Profound knowledge of PC applications, especially MS-PowerPoint, Excel and MS-Project

计算机基本技能熟练，精通MS-PowerPoint和Excel和MS-Project的操作和使用。

* Support Technical Review during Quotation

报价阶段支持技术评审信息输入

* Lead project from kick off after awarding to SOP plus 3 months with hand over to mass production

从项目立项到SOP加3 阶段转移到量产承担项目全权责任

* Lead project team to ensure the defined project goals are achieved exceeding financial expectation, timely, technically and qualitative while customer and company interests both satisfied.

领导跨部分项目小组按照明确的项目目标达成超额完成项目总体财务预期，按时完成项目任务，确保质量及成本受控以满足客户及公司利益的双赢。

* Develop/Executing/Monitoring & Controlling Project plan on new product design & development & Launch

规划/执行/监控新产品设计, 开发和导入的项目计划

* Represents the project as customer window and maintain positive relationship externally and internally

作为项目窗口维护客户和公司积极的关系。

* Provides a regular report with all project stakeholder and toll gate review to management

组织定期的项目小组评审会议，向管理层进行项目阶段性汇报

* Deliver customer requirement to internal team

反馈客户要求给到内部团队

* Retain effective communication with customers and global project team for any project related issues

就项目相关问题保持与客户及全球项目小组的有效沟通

Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor
