电子硬件工程师

1.Provide technical support to sales in Business Development in China.

- Support sales for technical discussion with customer.

- Respond to customer request on product modification quickly. Make initial technical evaluation, including modification complexity, feasibility and effort needed. Make technical proposal for simple modification to sales.

- Participate in technical comparison of competitive products.

- Participate in technical analysis of customer return defects based on the working principle of power supply.

- Technical know-how sharing with local FAE team.

2.Digital and analogue circuit re-designs for the modification request.

- Schematic entry and PCB-Design in cooperation with the PCB-Designer

- Selection of components with regards to technical and economic aspects

- Calculation and design of magnetics components (transformers, inductors) in cooperation with the Electrical Design Engineers and Mechanical Engineers

- Circuit simulation and calculation

3.Support of products maintenance during entire lifecycle

- Support purchasing and engineering in finding new components and local suppliers. Test and release of alternative components in product level.

- Failure analysis for mass production products. Propose the solution with the support from developer.

- Monitoring and analyzing technical trends to determine their usability for our products.

4.Design verification

- Assembly, bring-up and test of prototypes and sample products

- Test and optimization of the electrical and thermal performance of the product

5.Creation and maintenance of the Engineering product documentation

- Creation and maintenance of product development data / documentation

- Preparation/support of product approvals

- Compilation of BOMs

- Calculation of product lifetime

-根据电源的工作原理，参与客户退货缺陷的技术分析。

-与当地FAE团队分享技术诀窍。

-与PCB设计者合作的原理图输入和PCB设计

-从技术和经济方面选择部件

-与电气设计工程师和机械工程师合作计算和设计磁性部件（变压器、电感器）

-电路仿真与计算

3.支持产品全生命周期维护

-支持采购和工程部寻找新部件和当地供应商。产品级替代组件的测试和发布。

-大规模生产产品的故障分析。在开发人员的支持下提出解决方案。

-监控和分析技术趋势，以确定其对我们产品的可用性。

4.设计验证

-原型和样品产品的组装、交付和测试

-产品电气和热性能的测试和优化

5.工程产品文档的创建和维护

-创建和维护产品开发数据/文档

-产品批准的准备/支持

-BOM的编制

-产品寿命计算

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.

2-3 years working experience in technical tasks of power supply, frequency converter, inverter or related field.

Knowledge of typical switch mode power supply circuitries and topologies, and related ananloge & digital circuitries

Manual soldering skills (THT and SMT parts)

Use of measuring devices (Oscilloscope, LCR-Meter, Multimeter)

Good English reading & writing skills，be able to have the technical communicate with global team.

1.本科及以上学历。电子或相关专业。

2.>3年硬件设计/开发/测试经验,***是电源产品相关行业（频率转换器、逆变器或相关领域。）

3.良好的人际交往，逻辑思维（与生产互动，交叉功能），积极主动，纪律

4.熟练使用常用的电子测量设备；

5.精通数字电路和模拟电路，能够根据要求独立完成电子电路的设计，并逐步优化达到量产标准；

熟练使用Altium Designer（或类似软件）等设计软件完成PCB设计及其他结构器件设计，熟悉电子产品的工艺要求、组装要求、量产工艺及质量目标产品;

熟悉EMC测试佳，有产品认证经验者优先；

6.良好的英语口语和书写能力，能与全球团队进行技术沟通。
