How You’ll Make an Impact

-Achieve the order intake and profit target for the allocated markets

-Support front sales to develop customer relationship, improve project hit rate including but not limited to customer visit, product introduction, technical support

-Prepare internal specification and technical documentation for technical engineering

-Manage the development of the critical offer documents, ensure that all technical areas are in line with the scope of supply

-Bidding documents preparation, Bid Strategy Planning, Cost Calculation & Optimization, bid Submission& Clarification

-Technical contract negotiation& signing, win-Loss Analysis

-Manage and organize customer meetings for consulting and selling activities

What You Bring

-Bachelor degree or above

-Have knowledge in transformers or other related high voltage products/systems

-Good Communication Skills, Good Customer relationship building & fostering Skill & Computer skill

-Have the prepared mentality which is used to working under pressure

-Excellent English skills

-Proficient in Office software, such as PPT, Excel, Word
