职位描述
Role Purpose:
To deliver value-adding agency and strategic advice to various retailers while working collaboratively with the leasing team to secure optimal tenants for agency projects.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in the development of new retailers to enhance the tenant mix for projects.
- Cultivate and maintain strong and mutually beneficial relationships with existing retailers.
- Provide essential support to the agency team in coordinating project details and requirements.
- Identify potential clients for retail leasing services for projects.
- Draft and write proposals and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Knowledge & Experience:
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Rich client resources, experience in F&B and Service is preferred, experience in the preparation period is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in basic IT skills, including word processing and spreadsheets
- In-depth understanding of the local market dynamics

5年以上房地产相关工作经验。
基本的IT技能(MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
对零售市场敏感
良好的沟通和人际关系技巧
丰富的客户资源储备,有F&B、配套招商经验优先,具备筹备期经验优先;
