Staff Test Product Engineer

2. Develop test hardware and software solution. Document test schematic/test conditions.

3. Release s robust test solution for mass production.

4. New product characterization and qualification support:

5. Design support and miscellaneous functions.

任职要求：

1. BA degree or above,major in science and technology.

2. At least 6 years experience in analog IC test solution development.

3. Familar with IC test program development process , rich knowledge of Power IC circuit,such as LDO/ Buck.

4. Have the ability to develop and test projects independently(CP& FT) and experience in successfully introducing projects into mass production.

5. Proficient in one or two simulation test machine platforms, such as ETS300 or ETS88,ASL1000, STS8200.

6. Good Chinese and English expression, communication skills.
