1. Create conceptual and detailed design schemes for FF&E. Incorporate innovative ideas and industry trends, ensuring designs meet aesthetic and functional requirements.

2. Select furniture, lighting, fabrics, and accessories for projects. Complete FF&E material selection, coordinating colors to enhance spatial ambiance and align with client expectations.

3. Schematic FF&E designs, choose suitable material samples, layout schemes, and compile detailed lists covering product specs, quantities, and costs for smooth project execution.

4. Oversee custom product orders, ensuring production adheres to designs and schedules. Conduct quality inspections upon delivery. Source and procure finished products from reliable suppliers to balance cost and quality.

5. Manage project installation, from site entry to final setup and acceptance. Ensure proper placement of FF&E items and maintain detailed records of the installation process.

6. Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors promptly and efficiently.任职要求 Job Requirements1、3年以上软装设计相关工作经验，本科及以上学历，室内设计、环境艺术设计等设计相关专业；八大美院优先；

2、对室内设计、装饰以及色彩的搭配有丰富经验，能根据主体设计配饰各种物料、家私及装饰品；

3、熟悉布艺、墙纸、地毯、家具、灯饰、挂画等室内摆设等配饰的设计，熟悉软装流程；

4、精通AutoCAD、Photoshop等常用的设计软件，有一定的平面设计能力；

5、具有良好的语言沟通能力及表达能力，形象气质佳。

1. Minimum 3 years of FF&E design experience. A bachelor's degree or above in interior design, environmental art design, etc. Preference for graduates from top eight art academies.

2. Extensive experience in interior design, decoration, and color matching. Ability to select materials, furniture, and decorations that complement the main design concept.

3. In-depth understanding of fabrics, wallpapers, carpets, furniture, lighting, artworks, etc., and proficiency in the FF&E workflow. Keep abreast of industry trends.

4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc., with graphic design capabilities for creating effective presentations.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team collaboration. Excellent ability to present design concepts, and a professional appearance.
