Routine Maintenance Management 日常维修管理

61 Maintenance personnel must obey the work arrangement of personnel above the deputy team leader

维修人员须服从班长及以上人员的日常工作安排；

61 Do a good job in patrol inspection of equipment and make patrol inspection records. Check all kinds of equipment for running out, emitting, dripping and leaking, if any problem is found, fasten it in time. Problems that cannot be handled shall be recorded and reported in time.

认真做好设备及设施的定期巡检，做好巡检记录表。检查各类设备跑、冒、滴、漏，发现问题、及时紧固处理；不能处理的问题，做好记录及时上报；

61 The maintenance personnel must have the relevant work permit issued by the production personnel and wear all kinds of labor protection and safety protection equipment before entering the production plant. Clean up the site after safety maintenance and close the work ticket in time.

维修人员进入生产装置作业必须有生产人员开具的相关作业许可证，按要求准确佩戴好PPE；安全维修结束后清理现场，及时关闭作业票；

61 After the maintenance of the rotating equipment, the test run shall be carried out together with the operator, and the maintenance can be completed only after the equipment is signed and confirmed to be qualified.

动设备检修后要与操作人员一起试运转，签字确认合格后检修工作方可结束；

61 After the maintenance task is completed, the maintenance worker shall fill in the maintenance record in time (including damaged parts, name and quantity of replaced parts, name and date of maintenance personnel, the maintenance measures, methods, etc.) , and shall be signed by the shift leader for approval.

维修工在完成检修任务后，应及时填写检修记录（包括损坏部件、更换部件名称、数量、检修人姓名、检修日期及维修措施、方法等项），而且须班长签字认可。

维修人员在修理完毕后，应立即将完整的作业票交由班长汇总备案。
