职位描述
一、岗位概述:
本职位负责中国区的卓越运营项目落地与执行。通过推行标准化流程、推广精益生产实践、简化工艺流程、提升材料利用率和主导关键优化项目,全面提升各分厂在能源效率、生产工艺、材料利用及自动化水平的综合能力,实现显著且可量化的成本优化与运营效率提升,实现集团战略目标。
This role oversees the implementation and execution of Operational Excellence projects across China. By implementing standardized processes, promoting Lean manufacturing practices, streamlining production workflows, improving material utilization rates, and leading critical optimization initiatives, it comprehensively enhances plants' capabilities in energy efficiency, production processes, material utilization, and automation. The goal is to achieve significant and quantifiable cost reductions, operational efficiency improvements, and alignment with corporate strategic objectives.
二、岗位职责:
1. 战略与体系跟进:
协助建立并持续跟进中国区卓越运营管理体系,推动年度优化路线图落地,确保绩效指标达成,协调分厂层面执行工作。
2. 项目执行与推进:
独立负责跨工厂优化项目(如能源节约、工艺简化、材料浪费减少、模具设计升级、自动化导入)的全程执行,确保项目按计划落地并达成预期目标。
3.绩效量化与跟踪:建立项目绩效跟踪机制,定期评估“预期目标”与“实际结果”,精准量化成本节约成效(年度目标3-5%及以上)。
4.标准化推广:将优秀实践标准化,并在各分厂推动落地,确保改进措施可持续复制和广泛应用。
5.培训与赋能:将相关项目资料(如工艺流程、改善成果)规范存档,转化为实用性强的培训资料应用于力达学院,为培养人才打下基础。
6.赋能工业4.0转型:
协同各分厂推进数字化转型,通过智能化改造(如自动化导入、AI应用、柔性产线部署)持续提升运营效率,推动企业迈向工业4.0,支撑公司实现“世界级工厂”战略愿景。
7. 卓越运营文化推动:
向各工厂灌输卓越运营理念,通过现场指导和支持、理论结合实践,将卓越运营理念融入日常运营,提升各工厂团队的卓越运营意识和技能水平。
8. 配合上级完成其他项目。
1. Strategic System Follow-up:
Assist in establishing and maintaining China's Operational Excellence Management System. Drive annual optimization roadmap implementation, ensure performance targets are met, and coordinate plant-level execution.
2. Project Execution:
Independently take charge of cross-plant optimization projects (e.g., energy conservation, process simplification, material waste reduction, tooling design upgrades, automation deployment). Ensure full lifecycle delivery and target achievement.
3. Performance Tracking:
Develop project performance tracking mechanisms. Regularly compare planned targets vs actual results, and precisely quantify cost savings (annual target: ≥3-5% reduction).
4. Standardization:
Standardize best practices and promote adoption across plants. Ensure sustainable replication and widespread application of improvement initiatives.
5. Training & Development:
Systematically archive project materials (e.g., process flows, improvement results) into practical training content for Armstrong Academy and lay a foundation for talent development.
6. Industry
4.0 Enablement:
Collaborate with plants to advance digital transformation through intelligent upgrades (e.g., automation, AI, flexible production lines). Drive operational efficiency gains to support "World-Class Factory" strategic goals.
7. Culture Promotion:
Integrate the concept into daily operations through on-site guidance and support as well as combining theory with practice, and improve the operational excellence awareness and skill levels of teams in all factories.
8. Support supervisors with other projects as required.
三、经验要求:
1. 拥有8年及以上大型制造企业工艺工程、生产运营、精益管理或持续改进相关工作经验,其中至少3年担任跨厂/区域的项目领导或管理角色。
2. 有全球500强企业或工业4.0灯塔工厂相关工作经验者优先。
3. 拥有成功领导多个大型成本节约、效率提升或卓越运营项目的完整经验,并有经过财务验证的成果。
4. 具备在复杂组织内推动变革或标准化的成功经验。
1. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in process engineering, production operations, lean management, or continuous improvement within large-scale manufacturing enterprises, with at least 3 years serving in cross-plant/regional project leadership or management roles.
2. Preferred experience in Global Fortune 500 companies or Industry
4.0 Lighthouse Factories.
3. Proven track record of successfully leading multiple large-scale projects in cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, or operational excellence, with financially validated results.
4. Demonstrated success in driving change initiatives or standardization programs within complex organizational structures.
四、任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历,工业工程、机械工程、自动化或相关工科专业背景。
2. 资格证书:精益大师(Lean Master)、六西格玛黑带(Six Sigma Black Belt)优先。
3. 良好的英文读写能力。
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related engineering fields.
2. Qualifications: Lean Master, Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
3. Good English reading and writing skills.

1. Proficient Excellence operational management and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Production, Six Sigma, TPM) with flexible application in operational optimization.
2. Strong data analysis skills: able to identify issues through data, drive decision-making, and quantify project benefits.
3. Familiar with manufacturing operations, automation technologies, and production processes. Keen ability to spot improvement opportunities and elevate plant performance.
