About the job
The Home & Personal Care business provides formulators with essential, high-performing ingredients to create safer, and more sustainable household, industrial and institutional cleaning products. Additionally, we create innovative and efficient hair and skin care solutions using sustainable ingredients that don’t compromise on performance. Finally, the business provides solutions to the pharma industry including specialty ingredients and chromatography media.
We offer a broad range of essential ingredients and technologies for Cleaning Goods applications including chelating agents, biocides, surfactants, hybrid and synthetic polymers, and cellulose ethers.
Our range of aesthetic modifiers, conditioning agents, rheology modifiers, film-formers, chelates, emulsifiers, eco-friendly propellants, stabilizers, cleansing and suspending/gelling agents, and active ingredients provide formulators with easy-to-use solutions for developing more sustainable personal care products.
The Regional Sales Manager is a member of the global HPC leadership team. This individual will execute on the business strategy and marketing plan, and commercialize new product innovations for the Cleaning Goods, Personal Care & Pharma business in northeast Asia. Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, this position will identify and develop new customers/markets and drive actions which positions the business for short term and long-term success.
In your future role as “Regional Sales Manager” you will
61 Lead a team of 24 total employees (direct and indirect; open positions) & functions support the business.
61 Active and thoughtful engagement in the HPC Leadership Team.
61 Grow the business profitably; utilizing marketing plans and value propositions to maximize impact.
61 Implement value pricing to ensure full value of Nouryon’s offering is received.
61 Sets price, owns contracts, and manages customer decisions for the India organization.
61 Develop strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders to grow share of wallet.
61 Establish and build senior-level relationships with key decision makers and buyers at direct customers.
61 Grow the selling project opportunity pipeline, using application science as a key offering.
61 Ensure disciplined management and performance of distribution channels.
61 Demonstrate progress in improving discipline around Demand planning markets.
61 Communicate compelling customer and competitor insights back to the Marketing and R&D organization.
【任职要求】
We believe you bring
61 Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Engineering-related discipline.
61 Candidates with an MBA are desirable.
61 A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, technical service, R&D, or product management roles, with preference for experience in the home and personal care chemical industries.
61 Candidates who have experience working for a cleaning goods, personal care, and/or pharmaceutical product manufacturers are also encouraged to apply.
61 Fluency in English.
61 Comfortable working across global cultures.
61 Communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills.
61 Customer negotiations.
61 Business software, such as SAP, CRM, Salesforce, Arkieva, Anaplan.
61 High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
